Tripstagram Travel Co. operates as an independent travel consultancy and affiliate partner, not as a direct travel supplier (such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators). When you book through a third-party link or provider, their terms and conditions will also apply.

• Use our site and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only

3. Booking and Payment Terms 

A. Digital Itineraries and Guides:

All digital downloads and travel guides are sold as non-refundable digital products. 
Personalized itinerary services require full payment before the planning process begins.

B. Partner Bookings: 

When you book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, activities, etc.) through third-party links, you are subject to the terms, conditions, and refund policies of those providers. Tripstagram Travel Co. is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes made by third parties. 

C. Pricing and Currency: 

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for promotions, service changes, or market fluctuations without prior notice. 
 

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Digital Products: 
Because digital products are delivered electronically and contain proprietary content, all sales are final. 

Custom Itinerary Services: 
Cancellations made before work has begun may be eligible for a 50% refund. 
Once itinerary creation or consultation has started, payments become non-refundable. 

Third-Party Bookings: 
Refunds for hotels, flights, or tours are governed by the respective provider’s policies. Please review those terms before completing any purchase. 
 

5. Intellectual Property Rights 

All content on the Tripstagram Travel Co. website—including text, design, logos, images, digital products, guides, and itineraries—is the intellectual property of Tripstagram Travel Co and protected by copyright laws. 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any part of our content without written permission. Purchased itineraries and guides are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared publicly. 
 

6. User Conduct 

You agree not to: 

• Use our website or services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes 
• Interfere with or disrupt website functionality 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we cannot guarantee that all details (such as pricing, availability, or local restrictions) are error-free or up to date. 

C. Limitation of Liability: 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripstagram Travel Co., its affiliates, and team members are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or travel interruptions arising from your use of our website or services.
